Steve Portigal

Well, We've Done All This Research, Now What?   WORKSHOP FULL

Steve Portigal
One of the most persistent factors limiting the impact of user research in business is that projects often stop with a cataloging findings and implications rather than generating opportunities that directly enable the findings. This workshop gives people the tools to take control over synthesis and ideation themselves by breaking it down into a manageable framework and process.

Who is this for?

Research workshops focus on the collection of information to lay the groundworks for design.

Pervasive Information Architecture   WORKSHOP FULL

Andrea Resmini

Kim Goodwin

Designing with Scenarios   WORKSHOP FULL

Kim Goodwin
Unlike use cases and agile user stories, scenarios rely on the generative and persuasive power of storytelling, which is perhaps the most natural creation and communication medium there is. Based on a deep understanding of what makes your "characters" tick, this workshop will show you how to develop compelling stories, then use those stories to visualize a new experience, from cross-channel interaction down to screen design.

Who is this for?

Design Workshops focus on the techniques to bring your ideas to life and present them to other people.
